How is mentoring different from consultancy?

Consultancy often delivers a done-for-you service, while mentoring empowers you with the knowledge and clarity to take control and make informed decisions. My mentoring is designed to give you the knowledge to manage everything in-house and not rely on an agency.

Do I qualify for LEO mentoring?

If you’re a micro or small business in Ireland, you can apply for LEO’s mentoring programme, where I am an approved mentor for Tipperary, Waterford, Limerick, Clare and Wexford.

How much does mentoring cost?

If you operate a micro or small business in Ireland, you may qualify for LEO mentoring. My private mentoring starts at €120 per hour for one-off sessions or €480 per day, depending on your requirements.

You’ll walk away with a clear action plan, practical advice you can implement immediately, and renewed confidence in your business direction.

Who is mentoring suitable for?
